How the MInDS started can be traced back to the time when Titus, the eldest of six siblings, was in Japan. It was during this period that he discovered his inherent passion for baking. A family of incorporators with diverse MInDSets founded the institution; however, they share a common "goal" of equipping quality Technical Training and Education, particularly in Bread and Pastry Production.

As Titus embarked on his journey for training overseas, he couldn't stop thinking about the opportunities waiting for him upon his return home.
